Oh I miss my mother so much. She was such an angel all her life. Words can't express how much she meant to us.

Rick and I are very sorry to hear of your loss.  Our thoughts and prayers are with you.  We are having a mass said for your mother on June 8th. Hopefully, Rick and I will be able to take the gifts up for communion.

We are so sorry for your loss, she was an awesome lady.  We are blessed to be counted as part of her family and friends.  Without a doubt there was a Heavenly celebration to welcome her home.  Be comforted now even without her physical touch she is still there for you always.  Your family now has an Angel named Rose.

Steve and Family,  I am so sorry to here of your lose.  Rose and my mom where quite the pair in the old days.  I remember the days at Village 88, when they worked together.  Now they can catch up on things.  Know that you and your family are in my prayers.

I feel so blessed that I had the opportunity to have Rose as my Mother-in-Law.  She had such a great sense of humor and would laugh so hard sometimes she would make me laugh.  I am really going to miss her. She was so amazingly artistic and I was always amazed at  her water color paintings.  She had a real gift.                   Goodbye sweetheart.  May you Rest in Peace.  Love you and miss you.

When I used to work at Brookside, Rose was one of the most dedicated artist in our art class. She was a talented artist, a perfectionist. It was also amazing that she always come up with creative titles for her work. I usually go to her for suggestions. Rosie was also a diva in her own right. She always dressed up nicely and always coordinated. Never forget her sunglasses too or you will have to pick it up from her room. She will wear it even during our art class. I always teased her she looked like a movie star with those sunglasses on. Rose loves to eat too and she appreciate and savors all kinds of food to the last bite. 

Last Sunday while I was at church, I had this urgent feeling to go and visit Rose at Brookside. I thought to myself, I just want to give her a hug. And I realized how much I've missed her. I didn't know she wasn't doing well at that time. When I saw her, she never showed me any signs that she was ready to go. She never complained. That's my Rosie. We spend a good amount of time together. We had a leisurely lunch over sardines salad and cheese cake. She ate everything. After lunch we played a game of dominoes. The game lasted longer than I expected. But then I've observed, Rosie was taking her time because she wanted me to win the game. She didn't know that I also wanted her to win.

Little did I know that will be my last visit to Rosie. I was glad I was there, and was able to tell her I love her. If I didn't visited her that day, I would feel so bad for not being there for her. I will not forgive myself for not seeing her before she passed away. But God works in many mysterious ways. He led me to visit Rosie, my friend and a mother to me that Sunday morning. I will miss her terribly, her sense of humour, her laughter, her talent and her motherly love and concerns. She touched my life in many ways she never knew she did. God Bless you Rosie.

Aunt Rosie always presented herself in a dignified way.  So my favorite moments of Aunt Rosie is when something would strike her so funny that she would suddenly relax and let laughter engulf her to the point of laughter with tears.
I hope to hear her laughter again.  Until then, you will be missed.
