Sharon Lee Givens was born in Albuquerque, New Mexico on April 7th 1946. She passed away on December 31, 2020 in Littleton, Colorado. Sherry is proceeded in death by her Father and Mother Robert and June Ringer and her grandson Devon Rouse. Sherry grew up in Denver, Colorado with her Mother, June, her daddy, Robert Ringer, her brother, Bill Frye, and two sister's, Chandelle Rhodes and Linda Potter. She graduated from Abraham Lincoln high school in Denver, Colorado in 1964 and attended CSU for a short time. Sherry worked for thirty years at Mountain bell which then became US West Communications and later became Qwest. She retired from Qwest. She got married to the love of her life Neal Givens on April 26th 1980 and together raised three children; two son's David and Thomas Rouse, and a daughter Cynthia Wilkins. Sherry and Neal had many adventurous trips together such as camping, fishing, and boating. Their favorite spots to camp were Stagecoach, Blue Mesa and the Flaming Gorge Reservoirs as well as many trips to Las Vegas. She also took many vacations with her children and grandchildren that included houseboating at The Lake of the Ozarks, Disney World, Florida, Mexico and many many more. There is one thing for sure, having her there made everyone's vacations so much better. With her energy and zest for life there was never a dull moment. She was hilariously funny and very accident prone. One of her favorite things was football. She loved the Denver Broncos and was a season ticket holder and with her mother attended all the home games. Together she and her mother attended three super bowls. Sherry loved her family above all things in her life. She doted on her family in many ways, from attending soccer games, dance recitals and baseball games, milkshakes and her famous French toast we all loved so much! There wasn't anything she wouldn't do for her family. She had a kindness about her that just made you feel welcomed and loved. Sherry left an everlasting impact on the people who were blessed to have known her.
