Sharon was an amazing friend, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and adopted mom, known to many as “Gram.” She embodied generosity and selflessness, always ensuring everyone else’s needs were met. She was extremely passionate about her loved ones and of course her many dogs over the years. She could often be found basking in the sunshine in her backyard with her dogs by her side and a sports game on the radio. Sharon made friends wherever she went and took pride in the many social groups she partook in including Pinnacle, Red Hat, Bunco, Hula, and her job at the Teamsters Local 435. Her other great passions were reading, sometimes staying up all hours of the night to finish a good book, knitting and crocheting, and completing puzzles. Her crochet skills were beyond amazing and she insisted on giving her creations away to everyone, with many baby blankets, lap throws, kitchen towels, and especially pot holders shared among friends and strangers alike. There are no words to describe how deeply she will be missed as she infused all of our lives with such joy and laughter.
Sharon is survived by her daughter Ronda Fritzler (David), granddaughter Nicki Baumbach (Aleph), great-granddaughters Nora and Ayla, cousins in Iowa, and many friends. She was pre-deceased by her parents and her son, Gary White.
