Steven Manford Hale, age 70, passed away November 17, 2015. He was born October 26, 1945 in Annapolis, MD. Steve completed his undergraduate studies at Kansas State and graduated from the University of Colorado Boulder Law School. He was an entrepreneur throughout his life. Steve was a loving husband to his late wife Sam. He was an avid Bronco’s fan and a longtime season ticket holder. He is survived by his sister Sandra A. Claude; brother Richard A. (Sharilyn) Hale and many nieces and nephews. Steve was preceded in death by his parents and his wife Cyndra “Sam.” Funeral service will be Monday, November 23, 2015 at 2:00 pm in the Olinger Crown Hill Pavilion of Reflection.
