Brother, son, uncle, friend, traveler, chemist, chef, Tommy Neumeyer was born in El Paso, Texas and grew up in Denver, Colorado. His love for the Pacific Northwest took him to Seattle, Washington, where he resided for several years. He was a dual citizen of the United States and Mexico. While he lived in the states for the entirety of his life, his travels took him all over the world with frequent visits to Spain, Germany, Honduras, Mexico, Canada, and more. His heart ultimately rests in Spain. Tommy graduated from Regis Jesuit High School and Cum Laude from Creighton University with a major in chemistry and a minor in physics. Tommy had an accomplished career in the biotech industry as a chemist and certified quality engineer. Tommy was widely known for his world travels, intellect, worldly knowledge, passion for current events and social justice, and of course, his expertise in the kitchen. Tommy is survived by his mother, Patricia Kurita, father, Thomas Neumeyer Sr., stepmother, Nelly Neumeyer, sisters, Carla Gonzalez, Dana Buonanducci and Michelle Brayton, nephew, Felix Brayton, nieces, Emmy and Nelly Marie Buonanducci, extended family around the country, and his beloved cat, Schätzi. Tommy will be missed dearly and remembered fondly.
