Timothy "Tim" Shawn Henderson, age 51, of Denver, Colorado died peacefully at home Sunday morning, June 27, 2021. He was surrounded by his family and his dogs, Omaha and Zoey. He was born November 20, 1969 in Wheat Ridge, Colorado. Tim graduated from Wheat Ridge High School in 1988 and attended Colorado State University. He was a very proud member of the Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity. Tim ran Action Air Inc. after his father's retirement and later opened multiple businesses. He was an astute businessman with multiple investments. Tim was generous with his time and enjoyed helping others in need.
Tim was an incredible athlete. His golf game was great to the end. Lakewood Country Club and his friends there were very important to him. He always supported all the Colorado teams including the Broncos, Rockies and Avalanche. His urn and flowers are a tribute to his passion!! He was a regular at the Brewery Bar where he loved the Mexican food and betting on his favorite teams, which his dad did too. He traveled often, Palm Desert and his trip to Turks and Caicos with his children were two of his favorites.
Tim especially enjoyed spending time with his family and his friends. Tim was fortunate that most of his friends have been with him since elementary school. He loved and accepted everyone and this was returned by all.
Tim will be remembered for his infectious laugh. We will miss his laugh, his smile and his love of life.
Tim is survived by his mother Sandy, his brother Chris, his children Chase and Taylor and his fiancée, Raquel Aiken. He is preceded in death by his sister Dawn Marie and his father Rodney.
