Vernon L. Stones Sr., age 81, passed away May 10, 2015 in Lakewood, CO. He is survived by his wife Virginia; children: Vernon (Amy), Terry (Doreen), Cindy (Mike) and Mike (Linda); grandchildren: Michael, Crystal, Raeann, Brian, Steven, April, Lee; numerous other grand and great grandchildren and brother Ivan. He was preceded in death by his first wife Vonda. Visitation will be Thursday, May 14, 2015 from 5-7pm at Olinger Crown Hill Mortuary. Funeral service will be Friday, May 15, 2015 at 11am at Zion Lutheran Church 2600 S. Wadsworth Blvd Denver.
