Vicki Jean Weidenhamer

She was born on January 14, 1944, in Lander, Wyoming to Lamar and Anna Jean Ellis. Vicki shared a special and unbreakable bond with her mother, who was not only her parent but truly her best friend.

Vicki was a devoted wife, loving mother, cherished grandmother, and dear friend. She will be remembered for her strength and resilience. She was a true fighter, facing her battle with COPD with remarkable courage and determination, never losing her spirit.

She is survived by her children, Darren (Natasha) and Derek (Lori); her beloved grandchildren, Nicholas, Brionna, Kylie, Devin and Dax; her brother, David Ellis, and her dear sister-in-law, Julie Ellis.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Lamar and Anna Jean Ellis, her brothers, Don and Gary Ellis, and her husband Delbert Weidenhamer.

Vicki found joy in life's simple pleasures. She loved Supper Club, shopping, getting her hair & nails done, trips to Black Hawk, crocheting, crossword puzzles, bingo, and especially enjoying a good cup of coffee with a sweet treat. Her happiest moments were those spent with her family and friends, and her dog, Izzy, who was a constant companion and brought her comfort and happiness.

A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, April 28, 2026, 11:00 AM, Crown Hill's Pavilion, 7777 W. 29th Avenue, Wheat Ridge. Burial & reception follows at Crown Hill.

She will be deeply missed and forever loved by all who knew her.
