Bertha Ann Hofmann, age 91 of West Bloomfield, passed away Tuesday, January 19, 2016. Loving and devoted mother of Victoria (Walter) Jarvis, James Hofmann Jr., Lori Hofmann, Jeffery Hofmann, Mark (Jannette) Hofmann, Rebecca (Dennis) Martz, Deborah (David) Ignagni and the late Allen Hofmann; proud grandmother of 16 and great-grandmother of 13. Sister of Mary Leone. Bertha enjoyed gardening and playing cards, above all she was a devoted mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She loved spending time with her family. Visitation will be on Thursday from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at the Union Lake Chapel of the Elton Black and Son Funeral Home, 1233 Union Lake Rd., White Lake, Michigan. The funeral service will be at 10:00 am on Friday, January 19, 2016. Burial will be in Ottawa Park Cemetery, 6180 Dixie Highway, Clarkston, Michigan 48346. Memorial Donations may be made to the American Lung Association.
