Glenda Lee (Nixdorf) Darling, age 65, of Waterford, Michigan was born May 24, 1956 in Joliet, Illinois, and passed away May 23, 2022 at her home. Loving mother of Joshua (Crystal) Darling and Brandon (Ashley) Darling. Cherished grandmother of Brycen, Grayson, Makenna, and Emery. Glenda will be missed by numerous other family and beloved friends.
Glenda was a caring and devoted mother and grand mother. She was beyond wonderful to her friends. She was an avid Gardner and reader of books. She lined her driveway with an overflow of plants and stuffed her book cases with best sellers. Spending time with her sons and grand children, shopping for her plants and books, playing cards and traveling with family and friends is where life was at its best for Glenda.
Memorial Visitation will be held Wednesday, June 1, 2022 from 10:00am until the time of the Memorial Service at 12:00pm at the Union Lake Chapel of the Elton Black & Son Funeral Home, 1233 Union Lake Road, White Lake. Memorial Luncheon will be held at Elegant Events Banquet Center, 7100 Cooley Lake Road, Waterford, immediately following the service.
