Joseph L. Davis, age 81, passed away on Saturday, August 12, 2017. Loving father of Eric Davis and Carla (Rodney) Donaldson. Proud grandfather of Rodney (Kaitlin) Donaldson, Mike Donaldson, and Alex Donaldson. Dear brother of Paul Davis, John Davis, Bill Davis, Janet McFarlane, and Alice Bilyeu. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife Joan Davis. Visitation will be on Tuesday, August 15, 2017 from 4:00pm until 8:00pm and then on Wednesday, August 16, 2017 from 10:00am until the time of the funeral service at 11:00am at the Union Lake Chapel of the Elton Black and Son Funeral Home, 1233 Union Lake Road, White Lake. Burial will be at Hillview Memorial Cemetery following the service. Memorial contributions can be made to the American Cancer Society.
