Joseph A. Willett of Commerce Township, passed away suddenly on September 16, 2017 at 61 years of age. Loving father of Joe (Heather) Willett. Proud grandfather of Larry Willett and Joseph Di piazza. Treasured great-grandfather of Luke Di piazza. Brother of Judy (Jim) Harrington. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Mr. Willett was a devoted member of Covenant Orthodox Presbyterian Church and a longtime member of the Jolly Jeepers. He enjoyed off road riding and had a great love for life. He will be greatly missed by all.
Funeral services will beheld at 10:00 am, Thursday, September 21, 2017 at the Union Lake Chapel of the Elton Black & Son Funeral Home, 1233 Union Lake Road in White Lake. The family will receive friends Wednesday from 2-8 pm. Burial will take place Thursday at 12:30 pm at Great Lakes National Cemetery, 4200 Belford Road in Holly. Memorial contributions suggested to a charity of the donor's choice. Pastor Douglas Doll officiating.
