Karen J. Dishon, age 73, of White Lake Twp., passed away Thursday, August 29, 2013. Beloved wife of Wendell for 51 years, loving mother of Whitney (Thomas) Burman, Lindsey (Greg) Tolonen and the late Christopher, proud Nana of Lucas, Brooke, Rylie, McKenna and Aubrie, sister of the late William Schendel. Karen was a registered nurse, having her license for over 52 years. Visitation will be held Tuesday, September 3, 2013 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the Union Lake Chapel of the Elton Black & Son Funeral Home, 1233 Union Lake Rd., White Lake. Funeral Visitation will be held Wednesday, September 4, 2013 from 12:00 p.m. until the time of the Funeral Service at 1:00 p.m. also at the Funeral Home.
