With a successful career as a personnel manager at Oakland University and many years as a restaurant manager at reputable establishments, Patti’s dedication to her work was matched only by her kindness and compassion for others.
An avid artist, Patti had a particular passion for painting but enjoyed creating art in any form she could. She found great joy in gardening, especially cultivating peonies and vibrant pink and purple flowers. She loved to share her abundant tomato harvests with family, a testament to her generous spirit.
Patti’s favorite vacations were spent at the beach, where she reveled in the sun and the soothing embrace of the water. These moments brought her immense happiness, and she treasured the memories made with loved ones by her side.
One of Patti's greatest gifts was her remarkable ability to maintain connections with friends and loved ones from every stage of her life. She fostered relationships with warmth and sincerity, ensuring that everyone felt valued and cherished.
She is survived by her two daughters, Jaime (Matthew Grote) and Christie Nelson, and her brothers, Jeff and Dave Corbin. Patti cherished her family deeply, always finding joy in nurturing their dreams and celebrating their achievements.
As we remember Patti, we celebrate a life filled with love, creativity, and an unwavering commitment to those she held dear. Her spirit will continue to shine brightly in the hearts of all who were fortunate enough to know her.
