Wayne William Atkinson, age 69, of White Lake, Michigan passed away on Tuesday, December 27, 2022. Loving brother of George (Theresa), Deborah (Robert) Ignash, Dick (Nancie), Carol Sosnowski, Marri Atkinson, Kevin (Christine) Atkinson and Lynn Atkinson; uncle to many nieces and nephews. Wayne was preceded in death by his parents George and Florence and his siblings Cheryl and James Atkinson.
Wayne retired from General Motors Lake Orion Assembly after 30 years of service. He enjoyed playing shuffle board, going up north and visiting the race track.
Cremation has taken place and a family committal service will be held at Ottawa Park Cemetery later this summer.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
