Kelly Dwane Mays, age 49, died Wednesday, November 19, 2014. Kelly was born July 20, 1965 in Wichita, the son of Frederick E. Jr. and Rojean (Hildibrand) Mays. On June 29, 2013 he married Brenda Kay (Siebert) in Las Vegas, NV. Survivors include: wife, Brenda Mays, Wichita; father, Fred and wife, Bobbie Mays, Wichita; mother, Rojean Mays, Wichita; children, Taylor Mays, Wichita and Dakota Mays, Kansas City; siblings, Eric and wife, Stephanie Mays, Park City; step-children, Tristen McGovern, Derek McGovern, Drake McGovern, Casanova and wife, Crystal Garcia; step-siblings, Wade and wife, Sandy Wooldridge, Wilmington, NC and Kristi and husband, Tom Yates, Ft. Scott; 1 granddaughter, Brayli; and step-grandchildren, Brklynn, Ty, Erika, Chesnee, Maverick, Atalya, Kohlten, Antonio, Rai, Ellianna, Emilio, and Ariana. Memorial service will be 10:00 a.m., Monday, December 1, 2014 at Hillside Funeral Home, 2929 W. 13th Street, Wichita. A memorial has been established with Wichita Valley Hope, 901 W. Douglas, Wichita, Kansas 67213.
