

She was a member of the Ladies Oriental Shrine of North America, Armani Court #101. She was also a member of several Eastern Star Chapters, including North Star Chapter #483, Valley Center Chapter #237, and a past Worthy Matron of Derby Chapter #493.
She attended the School of the Ozarks when it was a high school. A talented seamstress, she built a career as an industrial seamstress while also creating beautiful formal gowns in her free time. Margaret had a deep love for butterflies, finding joy in their beauty and grace.
She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Robert Edwin Allison; daughter, Geri Lyn Drewry; sisters, Marilyn M. Mitchell and Minnie Ann Howard.
Margaret is survived by her sons, Gene Allen Drewry, Robert Lloyd Drewry, Lawrence Edward Drewry, and Charles Wayne Davis; daughter, Tammy Ann Valentine; brother, Benjamin Harrison Mitchell; and many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
She will be laid to rest at the family plot at Rose Hill Cemetery in Harrison, Arkansas with her parents and sisters.
The family would like to express their heartfelt gratitude to those who visited and cared for Margaret in her later years. Your love, support, and kindness brought her comfort and meant so much to her and our family.
