Howard of Riverside, CA; daughter: Deborah Howard of Crane, MO; brothers: John Garner of Pittsburg, KS, Richard Garner of Baxter Springs, KS; sister: Ruby Powers of Miami, OK; 6 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren. Visitation: 4-8 p.m. Tuesday, March 14, 2017; Service: 1 p.m. Wednesday, March 15, 2017, both at Hillside Funeral Home West. Burial to follow at White Chapel Memorial Gardens.
