Erin Ann Marx, 33, of Forked River passed away suddenly at her home on Friday, March 26, 2021. Born in Edison, NJ, Erin had lived in Toms River and Jackson before moving to Forked River 3 years ago. She graduated High School East in 2005, during that time she attended Vocational school for culinary arts, she also attended Ocean County College studying Criminal Justice. She was a veteran of the US Army stationed at Fort Leonard Wood Missouri where she did her basic training to become an MP, then she was stationed at Fort Totten NY. She was a past Manager for Marriott in Cranbury, NJ.
Erin loved working on computers, playing SIMS, and watching movies, but she was very adventurous. She enjoyed spending her time with her dogs and her fur niece and nephew. She had a tremendous heart, always putting everybody before her and going out of her way for family and friends.
Erin is predeceased by her grandparents James McMorrow and his wife Pearl, Joseph Marx and his wife Helen.
Erin is survived by her parents Denise and Walter Kolpaczyk Jr, her sisters; Dana Klimik and her husband Matthew, Heather and Kristie Kolpaczyk and their boyfriends Dylan Jones and Mike Braun who she considered to be her brothers. A loving nephew Logan. And her father Joseph Marx. She is also survived by several Aunts and Uncles; Kerry McMorrow and his wife Rhonda, Deborah Mikusi, Sherry McMorrow, Kimberly Siecinski and her husband Bernard, Sharon Roselli and her husband Joseph. She is also survived by grandparents; Walter Kolpaczyk Sr and his wife Tracey, and Donna Miller. She is also survived by many cherished cousins.
Visitation will be held on April 3, 2021 at 1:00 pm at Quinn Hopping Funeral Home, 26 Mule Road, Toms River, NJ. Funeral Service will be held on April 3, 2021 at 4:30 pm at Quinn Hopping Funeral Home, 26 Mule Road, Toms River, NJ. Cremation will be private. Repass will follow at the Lacey Elks at 6:00 pm in Forked River, NJ.
