Edyth “Edie” White, age 98 of Muskegon, passed away Sunday, September 29, 2019 at Poppen House in Muskegon.

Edie was born February 25, 1921 in Charlevoix, MI. She married Richard White March 2, 1940 in Frankfort, MI. He preceded her in death in 1966. Edie worked as a dental assistant for many years in Muskegon and was a member of Lake Harbor United Methodist Church.

She is survived by her son Richard White; half brother George (Barbara) Lints; many nieces, nephews, extended family, and wonderful friends.

A memorial service to celebrate Edie’s life will be 11:00am Thursday, October 10, 2019, at Lake Harbor United Methodist Church, 4861 Henry St., Norton Shores.

Memorial contributions may be made to Lake Harbor United Methodist church or to Harbor Hospice.
