Mike is the son of the late Charles and Betty Sadtler. Mike retired from Wake Tech Community College where he was an HVAC instructor and department head. In retirement, Mike became an avid golfer, playing with the Golf Channel Am Tour.
Mike is survived by his wife Carla of 33 years, brother Steve and wife Kathi, brother Bobby and wife Cindee, brother David, his special Aunt Calista, and in-laws Doris and Jim Fleenor, David Fleenor, Laurie and Sid Seals.
Mike had a special interest in Special Olympics of NC, took great pleasure in donating to Toys for Tots, and was a lifelong animal lover. Donations in Mike's name can be made to Carolina Animal Rescue and Adoption (CARA) in Sanford NC.
