Donald "Don" Lloyd Tripp

Don Tripp was born to the late Harold L. Tripp and Blanche Pendergraph Tripp in Mebane, NC on September 8, 1936. He was raised in Roxboro, NC and proudly served his country in the U.S. Army.

Don is survived by his loving wife of 46 years, Sue Tripp, son, Bill Ledgett (Marion), brothers; Rick Crosby and Ronnie Crosby, sisters; Cindy Hamm and Maggie Bonafair, grandchildren; McCall L. Dube (C.J.) and Julia Ledgett.

Don Tripp will be remembered as a gifted storyteller, outdoorsman, creative cook, and talented photographer.

A Celebration of Life service will be held on Saturday, September 22, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. First United Methodist Church, Fuquay-Varina, NC with military honors.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to Transitions LifeCare, First UMC, Fuquay-Varina, or a charity of one’s choice.
