Earline Dawson Beal

Earline Dawson Beal, 91, passed away Thursday evening, May 28, 2015 at Phoenix Assisted Care. Born on September 5, 1923 in Sampson County; she was the daughter of the late Ronnie and Bibbie Godwin Dawson.

She met and married Edwin Beal and was the mother of three children. Earline retired from Sears as a Sales Clark, was an active member of Good Hope Baptist Church and enjoyed gardening, sewing, needlework and making afghans for all of her family.

She is survived by her daughter: Bonnie Beal, of Apex and other family and friends, including her special niece: Polly and Bryan Edwards and their family, of Fuquay-Varina. She was preceded in death by her husband: Edwin Beal, infant daughter; Deborah Dawson Beal, son: Kenneth Beal; and siblings: Iris Dawson, Mildred Nutt, Elwood Dawson and Sonja Lumley.

Graveside Services will be held on Monday, June 1, 2015 at 11 AM at Good Hope Baptist Church Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the Guardian Angels Thrift Store at www.guardianangelthrift.org for their work with Alzheimer’s Research and Respite Care.
