Eunice J. Prince, age 94, passed away September 5, 2013 at home surrounded by her family. She was preceded in death by her husband, Cecil of 70 years. She is survived by son, Clifton Prince of Cary, son, Glenn Prince (Nancy), daughter, Nancy Fish, and son, Gerald Prince (Sherry) all of Apex; 9 grandchildren: Sandra, Sammy, Sonya, Susan, Rick, Krystal, Kevin, Aaron, and Nathan; 8 great-grandchildren: Stephanie, Travis, Kaitlynn, Jordan, Jacki, Ricky, MacKenzie, and Raelyn; a great-great-grandchild: Caiden.
She was lovingly dedicated to her family, preparing meals, gardening, and farming. Granny’s kind spirit and gentleness will greatly be missed by all.
The family suggests memorials in her memory be made to Alzheimers NC, 1305 Navaho Dr. Ste 101, Raleigh, NC 27609.
The family will receive friends Saturday, September 7, 2013 at Apex Funeral Home, 550 W. Williams St., Apex from 10:30 to 12:00 PM. A funeral service will begin at 12:00 PM in the Chapel of Apex Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Apex Cemetery.
