Harold was born June 13, 1936 in Saint Albans, NY to the late Harold Neilson Young and Dorothy Boeppler Young. He was a veteran of the US Navy and was employed as a Jeweler in New York, retiring to North Carolina after many years of service.
He was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Carolyn Dunleavy.
Harold is survived by his wife of 49 years, Joyce G. Young; daughters, Janine Graziosi and her husband, Michael; and Tracy Colombier and her husband, Ivan; sons, David Young and his wife, Maryann; Daniel Young and his wife, Allison; and Steven Young and his wife, Brooke; sister, Helen Devlin; and ten grandchildren.
A visitation will be held 12-2pm Saturday, June 13, 2015 at Apex Funeral Home, 550 W. Williams Street, Apex, NC 27502.
