James Joseph O'Neill Jr.

He was born October 14, 1943 in Chelsea, MA to the late James O’Neill Sr and Ruth O’Neill. James was a big fan of various Boston sport’s teams such as the Redsox, Patriots and Bruins. He also enjoyed dining out, traveling and gambling.

After 53 years of marriage, he will be lovingly remembered by his wife, Elinor O’Neill as well as his daughter, Michele Foulks (Brian); son, Brian O’Neill (Michelle); grandchildren, Rebecca O’Neill (Rob Proctor), Kimberly O’Neill (Easton Arterburn), Justin O’Neill, Caleb Foulks, and Noah Foulks; and great-granddaughter, Emerson Arterburn.

A funeral service will be held October 20, 2018 at 4:00 PM, Apex Funeral Home, 500 W Williams Street, Apex NC 27502. The family will receive friends and guests following the service.
