Providenza (Nancy) Vullo, 78, of Apex, died Saturday, April 05, 2014. She was born in Sicily to Cataldo Cilano and Angela Ferraro Cilano on April 11, 1935. Mrs. Vullo is preceded in death by her husband of 25 years, Salvatore Vullo, Sr., son: Gaetano Vullo, and sister: Josephine Cilano.
She is survived by her son: Salvatore Vullo, Jr; daughters: Maria Concetta Weinstein (Jason), Adriana Vullo; daughter-in-law: Terri Vullo; brother: Salvatore Cilano (Sally); sisters: Maria Turco (Giovanni) and Francesca D’Angelo; and six cherished grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 pm Monday, April 7, 2014 at Apex Funeral Home, 550 W. Williams St., Apex. A prayer service will be held at 7:45 pm on Monday.
A funeral mass will be celebrated at 11:00 am Tuesday, April 8, 2014 at St. Andrew The Apostle Catholic Church, 3008 Old Raleigh Rd, Apex, NC 27502. Burial will follow in Wake Memorial Park, Cary.
