Rwei-Jeng Chu Chu Lin

Rwei-Jeng was born in Taichung, Taiwan on May 8, 1957 to the late Wei-Chung Chu and Hsiu-Chu Chu Huang. She immigrated to the US in 1981 and has resided in North Carolina since. Rwei-Jeng, commonly referred to as "May," was a wonderful wife, mother, and friend to many. She worked at Kanki Japanese Steakhouse for several years prior to her diagnosis and was a beloved coworker. Rwei-Jeng was a food lover and always enjoyed sharing a good meal with friends and family. She loved her loyal dog, Lulu, who was by her side everyday.

Rwei-Jeng is survived by her husband, Min-Chang Lin; daughter, Anna Lin; son, Stephen Lin; as well as her mother, four brothers and two sisters.

A memorial service will be held 4pm Saturday, May 14, 2016 at Evangelical Formosan Church of NC, 304 E. Chatham Street, Cary, NC 27513. The family will receive friends immediately following the service at the church.
