William Mark Bowman

Bill owned AlTech Copier Dealership in Cary. He loved to fish and the mountains. Bill was an avid golfer. He enjoyed driving to the mountains and getting lost and finding his way back. He cherished his family and friends loving to tell them stories and making the laugh. He was an enthusiastic UNC Basketball fan. Above all, Bill was a loving, caring, passionate person who will be missed by all.

He is survived by his wife, Trannie Bowman; son: Bryce Bowman of Cary; daughters: Heather D. Bowman of Raleigh, and Candice Bowman of Apex; sisters: Bonnie B. Gunn and husband, Jack of Cary and Nita Godwin of Cary; sister-in-law, Dorothy Bowman of Cary; and grandson: Brandon Gilchrist. Bill is also survived by his nephew, Bryant Tant and wife Valerie, and great nephew, Corbett Tant all of Apex.

The family will receive friends from 11 to 12 pm Thursday, January 26, 2012 at Apex Funeral Home, 550 W. Williams St., Apex NC. A funeral service will begin at 12 in the Chapel of Apex Funeral Home. Burial will be in Wake Memorial Park, Cary.
