It is with great sadness and heavy hearts, we, the family of Anthony Rodolfo Thomas Limon, share that our beloved son and brother passed away on Tuesday, June 14th, 2022 in Victorville, California, at the age of 17. A life that was just beginning but cut too short.
Born on September 22nd, 2004 in Colton, California, Anthony was passionate about music, especially playing bass guitar. Music was life to him. Writing lyrics, putting it all down on paper, was how he expressed himself, his feelings, his thoughts, his pain and his love.
Anthony was not too fond of school but with his strong determination and hard work, Anthony accomplished graduating high school one year early from High Desert Premier Academy in Apple Valley, California with the Class of 2021. He made us extremely proud. He was planning on enrolling into barber school with the goal of one day owning his own barber shop.
Anthony had an amazing heart, the suave and as he would say, "good looks". He was keen to always look good by being well dressed and maintaining clean sneakers. He was the only one from his brothers who would iron his pants and white Pro Club t-shirts. If I ever was looking for the iron, I always knew in whose room to find it. Let's not forget his collection of colognes and sneakers. He would say, "I have to smell good for the chicks." You would often find him cleaning his shoes and sneakers with a toothbrush (I hope it wasn't mine) because they always had to be spot clean. I wish he felt the same about his room because that was a whole different story... Most importantly, his hair. It was all about the hair for Anthony, it had to always be "on point", as he would say.
Anthony had many qualities that made him a wonderful person but his most important and valuable quality was his ability to love. Anthony had a huge heart. Even with all the pain and heartache he carried in his heart, his love was still tender, unconditional and enormous. He loved with every inch of his soul.
Our family is devastated by this tremendous loss. We are now missing a key piece of our family and hearts. We will forever remember, cherish and carry all the wonderful memories he shared and left with us. It's these memories and our love for him that will lift us and pull us through.
Anthony will be missed beyond measure by his father and step-mother Enrique & Alejandra Limon, brother Enrique Limon III, step-brothers Damien, Ryan and Isai Muro, mom Valerie Bidwell, sister Halie Bidwell, brothers Jeremy Moore Jr. & David Bidwell, his many grandparents and great-grandparents and countless aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
We find comfort in knowing Anthony was welcomed to heaven by his cousin, Andrew Isaiah Reichtell, whom he loved so much. We know they find themselves rejoicing in the hands of our Lord.
Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Sunset Hills Mortuary, 2400 Waalew Road, Apple Valley, California.
Services will be held at 3:00 PM on Friday, July 1st, 2022 with a reception to follow.
