Jeanette Clara Beck

Jeanette Beck passed away peacefully on February 26th, 2026, at the age of 95. Born on July 13th 1930, she was known for her long term friendships, her family, her nursing profession and being one of the first nurse practitioners out of Kaiser, Fontana.

Jeanette is survived by three of her five children, Logan Harper from Buhl, Idaho; Jeanette Moore from Apple Valley, California; and Liane Moore from Apple Valley, California; 13 grandchildren, 33 great-grandchildren, 4 great-great-grandchildren (with another due in July, 2026) and her beloved 15 year old dog “Cookie”. She will be remembered for her love of her family gatherings.

She was preceded in death by two husbands; William (Bill) Harper, and M. Murphy Beck; as well as two sons; Stephen Harper and Paul Harper. Memorial service to be held at Sunset Hills, in Apple Valley, on Monday the 30th of March at 2:00 p.m.

Jeanette’s life was characterized by her lifelong friendships, from elementary school through high school and into adult life with the “The Gruesomes”. She was involved with the high school reunions through the 76th reunion; she loved bowling with the Lady Elks; and after 30 years of working for Kaiser Permanente, she was then involved with the Kaiser Inland (and High Desert) Retirees for over 30 years.

Jeanette was very proud of being a 5th generation Californian and her ancestry. She enjoyed camping, bowling, motorhome traveling and always exploring new places.
