Lavina Gift was born in Harrisburg, PA to William and Anna Adams. She graduated from Harrisburg Catholic High School, class of 1952 and moved to California in 1956 with her husband of 62 years, Richard E. Gift. She is the mother of 4 children, Richard W. Gift, Anita La Trace, Lisa Larson and Russel Gift, and had 2 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents and daughter Lisa Larson.
She passed away at age 82 in Victorville, CA, but lived in Apple Valley, CA for more than 30 yrs. She was a member of both the Moose Lodge 1810 and F.O.E. 3900. She had worked for Sears, both in San Bernardino and Victorville.
Graveside services will be held at Sunset Hills Memorial Park on June 23, 2016 at 10:00 a.m.
