

Mary L. Freihoff, (Carrion) peacefully passed away at home on Monday, February 1, 2021. She was born March 22, 1947 in Brooklyn, NY. She has lived in the high desert since 1976 when she married the love of her life.Predeceased by her loving husband Edward L. Freihoff, her parents Ceferino and Luisa Carrion; her Aunt, Aida Mangual and her cousin Paul Mangual.Survived by her son Edward Anthony (Tony) Freihoff and goddaughter Arlene Pryor (Carrion), her husband Kevin. She will also be missed by her brother Scott Carrion, wife Geri; sister-in-law Rosemary Drake; nephew Matthew Drake, wife Susan; nephew Robert Carrion, wife Yolanda and great nieces and nephews.She had a successful career in sales and customer service with Olivetti, which continued in the family business of Desert Stationers. She enjoyed being around people and contributing to the High Desert Community with her husband. Traveling was a true joy for Mary, her favorite place to visit was to Sedona with her late husband, her brother and his wife. In New York she enjoyed singing and playing the guitar. She will fondly be remembered for always wearing lipstick and always being dressed so classy, no matter how she was feeling. She was an avid coupon clipper! She was kind and generous to all she met.We want to thank her closest friends for the love and care they have given Mary during her illness.
