Mary Tatum Vance

on April 21, 2018 in Apple Valley. Mary graduated from Montebello High School.

She was in the Construction Industry at Vance Construction as the Vice President and

CFO until retiring in 2016. Mary was the beloved wife of Roy J. Vance for almost 60 years. She was preceded in death by her son, Robert Vance; brother, Howard Tatum; and

sister, Louise White.

Mary is survived by her husband Roy; daughter, Valery Neely; sons, Douglas Vance and Brent Vance; grandchildren, Heather Hernandez, Elizabeth Hedrick, Joseph Neely, Hudson Neely, Tiffany Vance, Shelby Vance, Mychael Vance, Ryan Vance, and Taylor Vance; and great-grandchildren, Haylee Hernandez, Harbor Hernandez, and Royer Hedrick.

She had a passion for her family first and foremost, as well as square dancing and travel. She was a member of the Thunderbirds Square Dance Club and the Rolling Thunderbirds. Friends and family can pay their respects at the memorial service on Monday, April 30 from 11:30 to 1:00 p.m. with reception immediately following.
