Nicole, AKA Nikki, lived and went to high school in Apple Valley California. She graduated High School early at the age of 16 from Home Choice Home School thru Rosamond Public School District and was an honor roll student her whole life. She began college that very same year and continued to take several courses in college most of her adult life. She loved school. Nicole went on to work in the medical field as a skilled Home Health Caregiver, taking care of patients in the home setting, until she became disabled with Schizoaffective Disorder at the age of 20.
Nikki met her former fiancé Adam and together they had a son, Aiden in 2014. Nikki had always wanted to be a mother, ever since she was a little girl, and Aiden became the light and love of her life. Nikki was very nurturing and deeply affectionate and protected her loved ones fiercely. Being a mother to Aiden was her greatest joy. Nikki loved serving others, and was always lending a helping hand to her family and friends' whenever she could. She cared for those in need (homeless & needy). She provided care packages, letters and prayers to those in the military and sharing Jesus with others daily. She was a bright light in this world.
Nikki gave selflessly of her time, talents and resources to others. Often when she herself was in need. Her love and compassion for others never ceased. She was constantly praying for others and touched many with her faith. She was gifted with words, loved writing (she was a published poet) & prayers flowed out of her naturally. She loved cooking and creating in the kitchen. She had a passion for art and created some wonderful pieces. She loved and cared for many animals and animals adored her.
Nicole is preceded in heaven by many, many beloved ancestors and dear friends. We have no doubts she was greeted and overtaken with the love that awaits on the other side by them all, including the animals she loved.
She is survived by her precious son Aiden, her parents Don & Lynn Compton, her big brother Jacob Compton, her Sister-In-Love Jamie Weston, her Nephew Levi (whom calls her Auntie Ninni), Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, and a multitude of family & dear friends.
We are heartbroken over Nicole’s passing, but we know she is free from the shackles and daily ailments of this world. She is dancing and singing in the presence of her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, whom she adored. She is celebrating with loved ones that have gone before, those she loved and cared for in her career, and those she shared Jesus with. She certainly heard the words, “ Well done good and faithful servant….enter into the Joy Of The Lord”. (Matthew 25:23)
****After kissing the scars on His hands and feet, we believe Jesus brought her to her feet, healed her, filled her with overwhelming love and compassion than she had ever known….and together they walked hand in hand through the gates of heaven.
