Robert J. Steffen was born August 21,1935 and passed away on March 9, 2016 at the age of 80. He was a veteran of the United States Navy which he served in the Korean War. He is a retired Firefighter of 25 yrs with Niles ILL. He also worked at rodeos and loved riding his horse Beauty. Bob enjoyed dancing, camping, bowling, grilling, gardening, watching western movies, going to the beach, he loved dogs and enjoyed spending time with family and friends. He was a cowboy at heart and always knew how to have a good time he was a fun and loving man who will be greatly missed.
He is survived by Wife: Aurora Steffen of Victorville CA, Son: Ken Steffen of Virginia Beach VA, Son: Carl Steffen and 2 grandchildren: Brian and Tiffany of Niles ILL, Daughter: Theresa Steffen and 2 grandchildren: Zac and Jon of Clearwater FL, and Son : Jeff Steffen and 4 grandchildren: Julius, Ariel, Gabe and Eliana of New Port Richey FL.
