What a delight Alice was. She always had a smile on her face and made everyone feel welcomed in her home. Alice had a gentle spirit and a loving heart that endeared her to everyone that knew her. I hope that the wonderful memories that her friends and family have of Alice will comfort them during this difficult time.

Alice has been a dear friend and co-worker. Her upbeat spirit and cheerful demeanor were contagious.  My heart goes out to the family and her many friends.  Alice never met a stranger.  One of her many gifts was her ability to make everyone feel valued and appreciated. May your sadness be replaced by all your happy memories.  My heartfelt condolences.

I pray that Alice is sitting on a white-sand beach with an umbrella drink in her hand - whatever the heavenly equivalent is! Not only did she make lemonaide from lemons, she sliced up those lemons and tossed them into a cold pitcher of sangria. A classy lady and a thougful friend, I will miss Alice always.

It is with saddness to hear about Alice Barnhill.  May she rest in peace.  My thoughts and prayers to her family.

We are saddened to hear of Alice's demise. She was a very good friend to us both. Her infectious laughter would always brighten the day. She will be sorely missed by many of friends and family. Our condolences to her family, especially to Jerry, Bonnie and her grandchildren.

Hearing about the loss of Alice broke my heart. I am so sorry for her family and friends.  We worked together at Alcon in Irvine and I had the privilege of having my cube next to hers. We shared so many laughs and she truly brightened every day.  Although I hadn't seen her for many years, we exchanged Christmas cards and I always looked forward to that. She was a truly special lady.

Tears are streaming down my face as the loss of Alice was so difficult to hear.  May we know that Alice is in a better place, free from pain.  Alice was by far one of the best in every way and will be so missed by all.

Alice was such a special person she will be missed by all!  I consider it a great blessing to have known her and had her as a friend.  She always had a kind word and knew how to make me laugh and smile. I will treasure my many wonderful times and memories with Alice!  My prayers go to her family and friends, my the warm and wonderful memories be a comfort to all.

Alice was a treasure!  She was one of the most generous, giving, cheerful and truly pleasant people I've ever known and I considered her one of my special friends.  She was a joy to work with and so much fun!  She will surely be missed by Jerry, the Barnhills, daughter Bonnie and the Reimer family as well as all her friends and many co-workers.  Alice made all our lives richer for her all too brief time with us.   I'm sure every time I see a frog in the future, I'll remember Alice who loved them.

My deepest condolences go out to the Barnhill family at this time of great loss.  Alice and I worked together at Baxter and she also did some consulting for me at my current company, Thoratec in the Bay Area. Alice was terrific to work with and always had a smile.  She could make lemon aid out of lemons. Her job was a stressful one yet she always seemed very calm and handled difficult situation in a positive uplifting way.  I learned a lot working with her and will truly miss her greatly.  I pray for comfort and strength for her family at this difficult time.  Don Middlebrook, Livermore, CA

Alice's reputation was one of a "shining star" hard working, giving and caring. We shared a mutual friend and Alice was always there for our friend. She will be missed and thought of fondly by many.

My heart goes out to you all!  I am keeping you all in my prayers that you can heal from this loss.  Alice was such a kind, sweet, lady.  I worked with her at Alcon in Irvine and she always had a smile on her face and was so vivacious and kind.  I was sad when she had to transfer to Ft. Worth facility.  I am glad that I knew her.  She is not suffering anymore and that is good.  She will always be in our hearts and minds.

Meeting with Alice was always an uplifting experience.  Her cheerfulness and goodwill stayed with one long after the actual contact.  My condolences to her loved ones.
