Balvina was born in Villa Union, Sinaloa, Mexico, on March 31, 1935, to Ramon Leal and Tomasa Osuna.
She loved cooking, bingo, crochet, knitting, and spending time with her family.
Balvina was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 34 years, Adrian Vanderpol, her parents, and daughters Rosa Osuna, Clarisa Vanderpol and Tomasa Vanderpol.
Survivors: her children; Lupe Osuna, Maria Drake, Adrian Vanderpol Jr., Teresa Payne, Vanessa Vanderpol; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
