Betty graduated from Grand Prairie High School. She was married to William “Bill” Rychlik on March 29, 1947. Betty was a member of Fielder Road Baptist Church, Arlington, Texas, and had a passion for studying the Bible, teaching God's Word and being a bold witness for Christ. Betty enjoyed reading God's Word, painting and gardening. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and friend.
She is survived by 5 children, 15 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews, her loving brother Dr. Rayburn Blair, and sister-in-laws Bettie Blair, Evelyn Blair, and Ann Rychlik.
A funeral service for Betty will be held Saturday, March 10, 2018 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Fielder Church, 2011 Fielder Rd., Arlington, TX 76013. A committal service will occur Saturday, March 10, 2018 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Moore Funeral Home, 1219 North Davis Drive, Arlington, TX 76012.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Betty's memory may be made to Fielder Church Missions.
