ARLINGTON -- Cathleen Turner, 84, of Arlington passed away Tues. Dec. 6,2011 in Arlington. She was a housewife, and a member of Pleasantview Baptist Church in Arlington.Visitation will be 6-8pm Thursday Dec. 8,2011 at Moore Funeral Home. Funeral service will be at 2:00pm Friday, Dec. 9, 2011 at Pleasantview Baptist Church with Pastor Jimmy McNiel officating. Cathleen was born January 13,1927 in Baton Rouge, La. Memorials may be made to Young at Heart senior division of Pleasantview Baptist Church. Suvivors include: son; Dr.Fred Turner and wife Cindy of Arlington, daughter;Charlotte Avera of Marshall, brother; Al Bankston and wife Dorothy Mae of Baton Rouge, brother-in-law Dr. Roy Turner and wife Ann of Bedford, grandchildren; Rick Turner, Kayla Scott, Heather Lopez, Robert Scott & Jamie Scott and 7 great-grandchildren.
