

Service: 10 a.m. Wednesday at Moore Funeral Home, 1219 N. Davis Dr., Arlington, TX 76012. Interment:
1 p.m. Wednesday at Prairie Valley Cemetery, 2484 FM 513, Campbell, TX 75422. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Moore Funeral Home.

Del was born May 28, 1944 in Commerce, Texas to Paul and Era Ratliff. He graduated from Irving High School and then attended East Texas State College, which is now Commerce A&M. He was drafted into the U.S. Army and served in Vietnam. He was in the construction industry and was known as "Cowboy" at construction sites. He was a jack of all trades and was known by several people as "Mr. Fix-It."
Throughout his life, Del had a passion for softball, often scheduling work around games and practices. He also enjoyed visiting garage sales and estate sales. His sense of humor and helpful nature will be missed by all who knew him.
Del was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Paul Ratliff; first wife, Linda Ratliff; and various relatives.
Survivors: wife, Sue Ratliff; children, Lance Ratliff and wife, Lea, Todd Ratliff and wife, Shane, and Megan Ratliff; grandchildren, Bret Ratliff, Brandon Ratliff, Lance Ratliff, Jr., Addie Ratliff, and Landry Ratliff; brothers, Roger Ratliff and Richard Ratliff and wife, Sherri; and many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
