Deryl W Hiebert

Deryl Wayne Hiebert of Arlington went to be with our Lord Jesus on Saturday evening, January 25, 2014. Celebration of Life services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, January 30, at Moore Funeral Home Chapel, 1219 N. Davis Drive, in Arlington. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the Texas Kidney Foundation or other charity. Deryl was born January 19,1935, in Clay County, Texas, to Ruby Adams and Harry Hiebert. Deryl was a loving husband, dad and grandpa to his granchildren and great-grandchildren. Deryl retired from Texas Electric after 44 years. He and Kay are members of Fielder Road Baptist Church since December 1966, where he served the Lord as deacon and Sunday School teacher for many years. Deryl was preceded in death by his parents and his sister, Dolores Clark. Survivors include his wife of 59 years, Kathleen; sister Inez Sanders; daughters, Rhoda Merritt and husband Anthony, Linda Baker and husband Thomas; sons, Edwin Hiebert and wife Gerlie, Arnold Hiebert; granddaughters, Rose Adams, Chloe Hiebert; grandsons, Mark Merritt, Lee Baker, and Michael Baker; two great-granddaughters; along with numerous extended family, friends, and loved ones.
