Donald Raymond Hale

The memorial service has been set for 1:00 pm Saturday September 10, 2022, at New World Methodist Church 2201 North Davis Drive Arlington, Texas 76012.

Donald was born on January 31, 1935 in Lockesburg, Arkansas to Kirvin and Mary Kathryn Hale. He has resided in Arlington since 1969 and was a member of New World Methodist Church.

Donald retired from the federal government in 1995. His favorite pastimes were fishing and coaching soccer. His love for coaching soccer began with his daughter around 1975. He then coached girls varsity soccer at Nolan Catholic High School from 1984-1996. Finally, he coached his granddaughter before he hung up his coaching hat. He also loved spending time with family and friends.

Donald was preceded in death by his wife Wanda in 2008 and his son Scott in 1984. He is survived by his daughter Kathy Skaggs and her husband Tommy, his granddaughter (the joy of his life) Kaley Eller, and a host of friends.
