Grace Aline Willoughby

Grace was born in Kansas, Ohio on February 26, 1933 to Melvin and Grace (Gebhart) Jones. She is survived by sons James (Cherie) Willoughby and Michael (Charlotte) Willoughby, daughters Deborah (James) Madewell and Theresa Willoughby; grandchildren Amanda (Bill) Doll, Kristin (Christopher) Stump, Michael (Vicki) Willoughby, Il and Kelley Willoughby. Mom is also survived by four great grand-children, her brother, Jeff (Yoshie) Jones, brother-in-law Jerome (Joyce) Willoughby, sister-in-law Anita (Dale) Lewis, and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.

As a social butterfly, Grace was an active 91 year old. She enjoyed playing Bingo, Mahjong, and Canasta. She made friends easily, and was blessed with an abundance of loving and caring people around her always.

We are grateful that Mom has overcome this earthly life and has now joined her youngest son, Douglas, her mother, Grace, her sister Marjorie, and brothers Johnny and Melvin in the presence of The Lord. We are thankful to have had such a precious mother to nurture and guide us for all these years. Go rest now, Mom, you certainly deserve it!

Services will be provided by Moore Funeral Home Starting with a visitation on Wednesday, September 4, 2024 at 10:00 am followed by a memorial to celebrate Grace at 11:00 am. She will be laid to rest at Moore Memorial Gardens at 12:00 pm. All services will be held at Moore Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens located at 1219 N. Davis Drive, Arlington, TX 76012.
