Grady was born Dec. 15, 1927, to Merida Lee and Clara Gibson in Ranger. Grady joined the Air Force at age 17 and served three years and obtained the rank of corporal while serving in Germany. He retired from a lifetime business as owner of Complete Auto Sales Transportation and as previous owner of Dealers Auto Auction in Grand Prairie.
He was preceded in death by his wife and partner in "holding all things together," Oleta; and sister, Janey Short.
Survivors: Left behind to cherish his memory are his children, Sylvia McFalls and her husband, James, Donnie Gibson and his wife, Judy, and Brenda Doty and her husband, Mark; brother, Bob Gibson; grandchildren, Jennifer, Kristy, Kimberly, Chad, Diana and Erica; and great-grandchildren, Ashley, Kaitlyn, Taylor, McKenna, Jake, Abby and Kaylee.
