Hazel R. James was born on Sunday May 10, 1925 in Beaumont, Texas to the parents of Jessie Eugene Cypert and Bertha Franklin Meadows.
Hazel will always be remembered as a wonderful mother, grandmother, relative and colleague to all that knew and cared for her, She will be truly missed by many relatives and friends, cherishing all the good memories shared with Hazel.
