

February 14, 2021. He was born April 28, 1932 to Elizabeth and Carthew “Clay” Perrine in Richwood, West Virginia. He met his first wife, Mary Fay Stephens in Oklahoma and they married after he served in the Navy. After 48 years of marriage, Mary passed on November 14, 2002. He later married Dixie Ann Sims who left us on June, 9, 2019. They were married 15 years.
Jack was a very active 52 year member of the Moslah Shrine donating countless hours of his time to help children. He is a life member of the Clown unit and Clown of the year in1986.
He was known as “Gizbo” the clown and entertained audiences at the Shrine Circus and many Shrine functions throughout the U.S. making balloon animals and riding his two wheeled tricycle. Jack retired from General Motors with 30 years of service. He was a long time member of Sublett Road Baptist Church in Arlington, Texas.
He was preceded in death by his son, Billy Perrine, stepson, Jimmy Sims and his daughter, Barbara Perrine. Also his sister, Frances Borden and brother, Clay Perrine.
He leaves behind his son, Robert Ray Perrine (wife, Paula), stepsons, Tony Sims (wife, Terri), Jesse Sims (wife, Cindy) and John Sims (wife, Kim), his very special niece, Brenda Lee Smith. Nieces, Laurel Perrine (husband, Greg Norman), Cheryl Thompson (husband, Barry), and Michelle Moore also nephew, Clay Perrine (wife, Betty). His grandsons, Ronald, Jimmy, John and Aaron Haney, Christopher Perrine, Todd Pollard, Chase, Brian and Cody Sims and Jeff Shaw. His Granddaughters, Debi (Big Eyes) Rowland, Keela Brown, Amber May, Amanda Pollard, Jennifer Douglas, Cammye Uskievich, Mindy Postert, Lacie Cooksey and Ashley Payne.

A graveside service is scheduled for Jack at Moore Memorial Gardens in North Arlington, Texas on Saturday, March 6, 2021 at 10:00 am. We respectfully ask that you wear a mask and follow coronavirus guidelines.
