Jette X. Canada, age 41, passed away on Wednesday, January 7, 2026 in Lewisville, Texas. They were born on Sunday, May 27, 1984 to Richard and Susan Canada, and raised in Grand Prairie, Texas. They graduated from the University of North Texas in 2007, with a degree in Business Administration with a focus in HR and Organizational Design. They worked in the HR field for 18 years, with the majority of time spent as a Workday Analyst.

In their spare time Jette enjoyed playing games such as Pokémon, Animal Crossing, Sonic, and Legend of Zelda; watching tv shows like Star Trek, Transformers, and Ted Lasso; writing fiction and drawing, and inspiring and chatting with other artists; Jette loved spending time with their family, friends, and all their kitties.

Their family and friends will always remember them as a fiercely loyal, protective, supportive, fun and loving person.

Jette is preceded in death by Susan Canada (mother), Dinah Canada (cat), Grayson Canada (cat).

Jette is survived by Richard Canada (father), Edmund Canada (brother), Marvitta Canada (step-mother), Lyn Adams (sibling), Raka Joy (sister-in-law), Austin Adams (brother), Dianne Adams (sister in-law), Evie & Lee Conway (nieces), Ellora Jette Adams (niece), Mars and Lyn DeVore (friends & sisters), Gizmo Canada (cat), and Raiden and Champa DeVore (cats).
