John Bartley Perry

He was born April 1973 to John A. Perry and Judy A. Perry.

John graduated class of 1991 from Sam Houston High School in Arlington, Tx.

Following graduation, he studied Computer Science Engineering at The University of Texas at Arlington.

He was married to Brandi K Perry on August 29, 1998.

John worked more than 20 years and excelled in his career as a talented Senior Engineer at GTE, Sprint, Pavestone, Paymentech, Lufthansa, Dish Network, Cisco Systems and Lyondellbasell.

John was a devoted husband and father and when he wasn’t working, he enjoyed time with his family by watching his two sons play sports, working on cars together, playing computer games and camping. He loved being outdoors exploring many of the state and national parks and hiking or rock climbing in the Rocky Mountains and The Grand Tetons. He loved animals, spicy foods, technology, gadgets, carpentry/ building things in the garage, drawing, time at the target range and a really good cup of coffee.

He is survived by his wife Brandi Perry, son Gabriel Perry, son Ryan Perry, his mother Judy A. Perry, sister Breanne Williams, brother-in-law James Williams, niece Erin Williams, father-in-law Stan Miles, mother-in-law Linda Miles, brother-in-law Stan Miles Jr, sister-in-law Angie Miles, nephew Jeff Miles and niece Monica Cloud.

He was preceded in death by his father John A. Perry, grandfather Raymond Devenport and grandmother Stella Elizabeth Devenport.

A visitation for John will be held Friday, February 18, 2022 from 10:45 AM to 11:45 AM at Moore Funeral Home, 1219 North Davis Drive, Arlington, TX 76012. Following the visitation will be a graveside from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at Moore Memorial Gardens, 1219 North Davis Drive, Arlington, TX 76012.
