Services will be held at DFW National Cemetery at a later date.
He was born in Godley, TX on January 19, 1942, to Johnnie Stewart, Sr. and Bernice Haney. Toby graduated from Godley High School and received a degree in Engineering from the University of Texas at Arlington. He was married to Bonnie Allen in September 1961. He then served in the United States Navy from 1964 – 1967. Toby had a career in Electrical Engineering for TXU. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge of Arlington, Boy Scout Leader, and had a passion for Boy Scouts and wood working.
Left behind to cherish his memory include his two sons Jay and John Allen, and his sister, Della “Cookie” Halfmann.
